About
I work with private collectors, interior designers and architects to amplify the impact, allure, and intrigue of their spaces through the thoughtful purchase and placement of visual art.
My experience as a gallerist, interior designer, and professional artist cultivated a discerning eye and unparalleled knowledge about regional and Canadian art. With keen intuition, a spirit of collaboration, and playfulness, I help you make informed decisions with confidence—whether that is expanding your art collection, or re-imagining how best to display the artwork you already have.

Our Network
Building relationships through art is the cornerstone of my business. I savor the interactions within my ecosystem of artists, dealers, gallerists, and suppliers Clients become friends through mutual respect, trust, and shared values.
My vast network of regional and Canadian contemporary artists, dealers and galleries was primarily established during my decade as the owner and gallerist of Ottawa’s Studio Sixty-Six (now under new ownership). I remain as passionate about supporting the arts community as I am about helping you ignite your passion through their work.

Our Process
-
Initial Consult
During a home visit or virtual tour, we take the time to discuss your current collection, and what the pieces mean to you. I will get a sense of your style, values, and budget. I will offer observations on what is working well now, and general ideas about the kind of artwork that could achieve your objectives.

Presentation of Options
Based on our time together, I will prepare a portfolio of possibilities to discuss with you. This will narrow our search, and lead to final contenders. I encourage you to take the time to reflect, rather than rush into a buying decision.

Acquisition, framing & Installation
We will go together to see the artwork, and perhaps even meet the artist, to assess your level of interest. I will provide a digital mock-up of the artwork in your home. Once it is a “yes,” your artwork will be ordered, and we will determine the best framing options. My professional installer will hang your artwork.

How Much Does It Cost?
First time client meeting and consultation is $225. There is no fee for sourcing artwork. I receive a commission from either the artist, art dealer or gallerist.
Other services such as advice on best placement of current collection, new framing options and installation are billed at $225/hour plus GST.
